Convert Microsoft Office 2007/2003 documents to the PDF using Microsoft Office Add In.

Microsoft Office 2003/2007 have no option to save the document in PDF by default.

You have to enable this option by installing an Add In from Microsoft.

It takes a minute or two because the file size is just about 900kb. Click on the below link to download the Add In.

>>Download 2007 Microsoft Office Add-in: Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS

Above link will take you to the Microsoft's download page. When you click on the 'Download' button, the web page will ask your permission to download more Add Ins under the label 'Microsoft Recommends'.

If you like all or one of those extra Add Ins, you may select appropriate check box/boxes.

Otherwise, you can select neither of them and click on the button 'No thanks and continue'. This will start your download.

After downloading is done you have to double click on the downloaded file 'Save As PDF or XPS.exe'
to install the Add Inn.

Now you can save your Microsoft Office document (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.) to the PDF file by following the below click sequence.

Microsoft Office Button->Save As->PDF or XPS. See the image below.

You may also choose any third party Add In and install it.
